Currently we are looking for photographers who have their own equipment and are reliable, energetic, and would be willing to work with a growing company.

 We are looking for someone who has a couple of years of photography experience under their belt, but the person does not have to be a professional.  Photography students are encouraged to call.

Customer Service/Receptionist – Bellwood, IL

Job Responsibilities included but not limited to:

  • Greeting vendors, customers and other visitors.
  • Handles all incoming calls from customers, sales teams and internal team members.
  • Directs and oversees all aspects of an organization's customer service policies, objectives, and initiatives.
  • Process orders, prepares correspondence, and fulfills customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Track and monitor incoming purchase orders, open order status, pending payments and invoicing of all customers in facility.
  • Log purchase orders and follow up with vendors.
  • Maintain spreadsheets with sales totals for UGM locations.
  • Assist with scheduling of appointments for sales calls.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

 Requirements:

    • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 3- 5 years progressive customer service experience.
    • Superior communication skills – written and oral.
    • Must be able to work under pressure and be results oriented.
    • Proven ability to show initiative.
    • A self starter.
    • Must be proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
